It's not all bad, but it's not all good
The staff was kind and courteous,, and we enjoyed a peaceful ambiance across the hotel. Loved the spacious atmosphere by the pools.
Dinner service was chaotic and unattractive during peak hours, leading to disorganized dining experiences. We also found the beds too firm for a comfortable night's rest.

The room was clean and very spacious. The situation on the edge of Paphos is quiet. But without a car you are also lost.
The food is not good, the staff is stressed and can't keep up. You actually want to help out yourself, that has a strong influence on the atmosphere.

The location was nice and unbeatable and the free parking was on-site. I was there for 7 nights and would come here again.

The view of beautiful sunsets was fine.

The resort itself was beautiful. The situation top! The beaches are beautiful. Some of the employees were even German-speaking, which simplified communication. The layout was quite clean!
We had been waiting a long time to be taken into the rooms. The equipment was rather sparse and seemed very sterile. The pictures online were promising - unfortunately our expectations were far undercut here.

The hotel is located directly on the waterfront, access to the sea is limited. I can only recommend the all inclusive drinks with restrictions. We were surprised by a fee of € 2/day for the room safe, there was no hair dryer, I did not ask for the price.

The friendly staff were always there to help, and we loved the themed dinners each night. We enjoyed a day at Coral Bay, perfect for building sandcastles and trying out water sports. The shows and activities kept us entertained throughout our stay.
One downside was the condition of the bathrooms, affecting our comfort .

System. Those who like package tours/AI will feel comfortable.
Rooms are getting on in years. Food (buffet) of low quality but large selection. The coffee doesn't deserve the name.

Good price, friendly staff, firm mattresses, everything necessary is available and working, sufficient space
Loveless furnishing, cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, cleaning service in the apartment hardly noticeable (very careless), quality of the breakfast could be better, if you want to visit the island then better book at Limasol, if you want to have a beach holiday then look for a hotel at a sandy beach.

Enjoyed a peaceful getaway while exploring local attractions nearby. The spacious studio with a balcony provided a comfortable stay, especially appreciated was the outdoor pool area that was refreshing amidst the summer heat. The breakfast selection was decent, and I particularly liked the accessibility to public transport, which made visiting nearby sites like the Duck Pond Market quite convenient.

Very friendly staff.
The location of the studio was okay, but had little to do with a 4 star hotel.

Perfectly clean and original hotel with worth every penny view of the sea. Very friendly staff members like the restaurant manager, well-appointed and well-maintained rooms. With an electric kettle and fridges...

Definitely a place for future trips
Had a spacious Studio with Balcony, equipped with air conditioning, microwave, and a tv. The outdoor area was great with sun loungers, and there were several pools, including an indoor one and kids' pool. The dining options were varied with themed nights, and the staff was super helpful throughout our stay.

Akti Beach is an excellent village resort . Rooms are big and clean enough to accomodate groups and families. In my opinion is a perfect place for holiday makers. The staff is friendly and the food very good. Generally visitors will have very good value for money. We intend to visit it again in the future.

Just returned from two week holiday at Akti, booked via Booked.net. Everything was wonderful, staff very helpful, room spacious and clean, and comfortable beds (very important). Room cleaned very day and fresh towels brought. Very well laid out villiage. Quiet pool for people wanting peace, family pool great fun, poolside entertainment fantastic, but not too intruisive. Within 5 mins of getting out of bed I was swimming in the sea, supberb. Views incredible. Food at hotel good, just too much, you have to be very careful that you dont go home a stone heavier. Locacation brilliant, away from Paphos main town. Mini buses and taxis can be easily arranged via reception to take you into Paphos. Try out the evening entertainment, comic show, hilarious. All in all, loved the hotel and the holiday, would definitely return.
Minimart shop very expensive.
